The Lawnmower came on time and well boxed. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions. I have now used it about 5 times. I have quite a large lawn, but the Hyundai lawnmower managed it with no problems at all. It is lightweight so easy to maneouvre and it also gives a good clean cut, and because of the rear roller it also leaves lines in the lawn (these lines are faint probably due to the fact that the lawnmower is not heavy). I have been really impressed with it (I have previously only had petrol lawnmowers). There is one little niggly problem with it (not enough to knock a star off). On the grass collection box there is a small 'vent'. This closes to indicate that it is full (which is fine). However when it is open, fine bits of dust etc come through this 'vent' which is pointed directly at the person pushing the lawnmower. Your legs get a bit dusty at times. A great lawnmower, which I would definitely recommend

Husband says it’s a good mower, seems to cut well and the height adjuster is easy to use. Easy to assemble and fold when not in use. Big wheels work well over our uneven garden and not too heavy.

I originally was using a flymo that was similarly priced. I would have been faster using a goat. The handle on the flymo was also so flimsy it kept bending on me making the whole ordeal a pain. My garden is a lump of soil - no flat bits anywhere and sloped - but fairly small. A right pain to cut, so I tend to make things a lot harder by putting off cutting the grass until the pain of cutting it becomes less than my embarrassment in its state. If I manage to cut it three times myself this year, this mower will pay for itself over paying for a professional to come do it for me (£40 a pop). This mower handled my garden perfectly. A few days later and I dont need to go back out and get the nits that spring back up. It's lightweight to handle the slope and the adjustable angle of the handle allows to make this comfortable. Changing from a hover mower meant I did initially make a mistake, this cuts going forward, try cutting pulling it backwards and you will iron the grass instead. Adjusting the cutting height on this is amazingly easy. Use the gear stick and you can alter cut height in seconds. Being normal, I was truly hoping the mulch function would remove the need to rake afterwards, but alas, this is not a mulch function rather its a return the cuttings to the lawn. I was disappointed but not surprised. It would take a much bigger wallet to get a true mulching cutter. If your mower has flap that closes if you don't fit the basket then that's going to do roughly the same thing. So this mower is worth every penny, I managed to cut my grass in one go, previously I would need to take a break halfway through. Sorting it away is great as it stands up on its end with a well designed couple of legs. In folded mode the handles do feel very loose, almost about to fall off but I am sure this is not going to be an issue. This even managed to cur over the edge of my paving slabs without hitting them. It does need pairing up with a strimmer though as it wont get up close and personal on borders against walls. It will get closer than most. Buy this if you want a good mower to cut grass. Don't buy based on a dream that you wont need to rake up cuttings, it should not claim mulching as a feature. Next time I will use the basket and see if that works better. best value mower I could find.

Excellent lawnmower. I had a problem with moss in my trampoline of a lawn. Set this to lowest setting 1. Not only did it cut the grass, it pulled out most of the moss as-well, love it. Seriously though, the number 1 setting is lower than other brands in my experience, so be careful. Other than that, worth every penny

So far this seems a good mower. Easy to put together and a simple lever for adjusting the height of the blades. Very impressed.

Original review is below however after 12 months of using the mower it broke but was still under warranty, I sent it off to be fixed with great difficulty, customer service was poor and they have refused to repair it under warranty stating it has struck something, the only thing it has struck is grass, this makes it not fit for purpose. They tried to charge me to return it, however eventually agreed to send it back but when it has arrived back it has come back in pieces. Do not buy this mower it’s not fit for purpose and will be very expensive for the short time that you can use it. After reading some of the other reviews I nearly didn’t buy this mower however I’m glad that I did. I purchased this to replace a flymo rollermo which kept clogging up and wouldn’t cut properly and I’m so glad that I did. I purchased this around 6 months ago and there is no complaint yet. The mower cuts the grass as expected and doesn’t leave any of the cuttings on the lawn, the lever to change the height of the cut is seamless and easy to use. I’d say my garden is about 15ft by 25ft and the mower is more than sufficient to cut the lawn even if it was bigger it would still do the job, yes I use an extension lead however that’s expected. I haven’t used the mulching tool yet. I was concerned from reading the other reviews about cutting the grass when it was wet and quite long towards to autumn, I must say that it cut fine, did not struggle to cut the grass and collected it all, my grass is quite thick like a meadow so it performed as expected. The mower folds small and can be stored vertically so it fits in smaller spaces that a normal mower wouldn’t fit in creating extra space. I would recommend for anyone looking to get a new mower to replace a fading one or one that just doesn’t cut it.

i purchased this item for both my lawns , it assembled relativity easy as it was partially assembled i found the motor powerful and easy to handle i must stress that the following comments in no way relate to the actual lawn mower . would have been given a 5 star but for one little issue , it would not collect the grass into the receptor correctly and was leaving clumps of cut grass on the lawn . As a retired dynamics engineer i found that the cutting blade with wings to generate upward force into the receptor was not sufficient as the wings were on a very small angle and not producing enough lift to to force the cuttings into the receptor , on investigation i found that Mitsubishi have produced a more powerful winged blade but alas it does not fit the 38cm fitting on the machine !!. so i tracked down a generic blade with far greater lift and machined it to fit , as soon as it was tried out it was awesome fantastic cutting and collection . Again i must stress that it has no bearing on the actual lawn mower as i found it to be a fantastic machine in its build and its potential abilities the issue was never with the machine but with a Attached blade and once i made the relative "adjustments" it is the best lawn mower i have owned , i would wholly recommend this lawn mower to others But please read the comments from other users And please do not carry out adjustments without professional assistance witch can affect manufactures warranty on a great lawnmower john beacham

This is an excellent lawn mower for the price. Maybe not that surprising given the reputation of Hyundai products but it is a strong mower and the mulching function is a a great addition. Highly recommended.
