Thought the battery was bad, but it’s actually good!
There’s a review that states the batteries are defective. The batteries do come in individual sealed plastic bags. When I put them on the charger one just stayed solid red for 4 hours then I just unplugged it, the other was flashing (red/green). I thought the exact same thing, but I checked the volts and out the box it has 17.3v on the battery. It has a safety that will stop battery output at like 16.3v So I had suspicion that the battery wasn’t bad but I still process a replacement on the Milwaukee website (http://milwaukeetool.com/service) Then a got bored, went over to the charger and aligned the battery then slammed it into the charger. Both batteries are charging now. So it’s possible I might’ve not slid the battery down all the way, I just seen lights and stopped thinking it’s good to go.

Innacurate description on web site
Amazon's site description is wrong. Neither the Jig Saw nor 3/8" impact is included in the kit. In their place is a 1/2" stubby impact. Mine was shipped with a broken trigger (black plastic trigger completely broken off tool). No external shipping container damage was visible. I hope the rest of the kit components hold up. The Jig Saw was the deciding factor between this and another kit. Very Disappointed - I should have just looked at the pictures instead of reading the verbiage.
