Jack Richeson Economy Carving Tool Set, 5 Inches, Set of 12

These did NOT come pre-sharpened when i recieved it. They were dull, and made awful wood chips in the practice block i have. If you want a better chisel set, go for the Amico Wood Handle Carving Gouges, set of 6. They were actually sharp, and im happier with those 6 than these 12.

the handles are too frail and seems like it's easy to fall apart and the handles could be a little more smoother

I purchased these through school specialty. They break and bend easily, and chip like crazy. I was excited to use them for a project with my HS students, but they have only caused stress and frustration for our class I do not recommend these, and suggest you invest your money in something a little more expensive that might actually last more than 3 hours.
