Good quality B12 but not needed for me.
This is a good quality Vitamin B12 supplement. The capsules are easy to take, and I like that it uses methylcobalamin along with coconut MCT oil. It feels like a well-made product from a trusted brand. In my case, I ended up not needing it after getting my blood test results, so I didn’t continue using it long term. Because of that, I can’t fully speak to long-term benefits, but the quality itself seems solid. Overall, I still think it’s a good supplement and would recommend it for anyone who actually needs B12 support, just make sure to check with your doctor or lab results first to see if it’s necessary for you.
