マサの代用にはなりませんでした
個人的にマサのとうもろこしベースのタコスが大好きなのですが、タコスを作る際に分量通り水を加えるとクレープほどではないものの、かなり薄く仕上がる感じになります。コレはコレでアリかもしれませんが、自分的にはもうちょっとドライでもっちりした生地を好むので、残った粉をどうするか、悩みます。
