El aire por lo general se ve bien lo único malo es que no trae la manguera por donde bota el agua, otra cosa es que es súper grande y pesa demasiado. Pero es de buena calidad.

Company not helpful.
Cooling is fine. Was missing window sliding kit. Called the company they would not send me the missing part because I ordered it through Amazon. Not very helpful, sent them the order number and everything. They make things really difficult.
