Wow! Where has golden milk been all my life?? I made a dirty golden milk with a little coffee and mostly almond milk, heated it up, and whisked this mix and sweetener in. So easy and so incredibly delicious! Warm spices and a nice aroma, and turmeric is so healthy for inflammation. I'm a big fan!

Update: Because of the benefits and because of the very economical price of this product compared to similar others, I have gotten past the strong ginger flavor. Again, it’s good for you so I do re-order this on a regular basis. But I do prefer the flavor of others but again because of the price this is my go to. This product seems like it has quality ingredients. I have to start off by saying that I despise ginger, but I do order, eat, and drink some things with small amounts of ginger in it so that I get the health benefits from ginger. So I thought that I would give this product a try. The only problem I have with this is that it tastes like ALL ginger. Ginger is definitely the prevailing flavor taste - definitely tastes like like the prevailing ingredient and again I despise ginger. So I will finish this pouch which claims to have 120 servings - so that will be a while. But I will not be ordering this product again only because of the very strong ginger flavor - and again I hate the taste. So if you LOVE the flavor of ginger, definitely give this a try you will not taste the turmeric at all. All you taste is ginger.

I'm sure anyone getting older can understand aches and pains in the morning and I am no exception. I have a mug of this every morning and have been for a couple years now. It gets me moving, helps with inflammation, and gives a nice start to the day! There are different ways to make this but for me, I take about half a teaspoon and put it in a mug, pour about 4 oz boiling water over it and then top it with my favorite creamer and it's perfection! It does have a strong turmeric flavor which is good and means that it's genuine turmeric and not mixed with a bunch of other crap. This also means you get a lot for your money and the bag lasts a long time, probably about 4 to 5 months for me! The plus is that if you have any other powdered supplements or teas you like to use in the morning, you can combine them with this and it won't taste as strong!
