I purchased this for my mother in law , who is 85. This is very adjustable from the back and provides so much comfort for her neck and head. It is not too soft, but just the right firmness to keep her head supported. The quality is like a quilt type material, which looks great for the value. The size is not too big or small but just right.

Meh. Nice concept, but just won’t stay on the couch. Better for a chair where you can strap it down. I tried weighting it down in the back but more thought needs to go into keeping it from slipping off behind the couch. It’s a great quality. Does jut the neck out a little more than is comfortable. I wouldn’t sleep with it. It’s firm and the price didn’t bother me.

Decent humps on each side to prevent head from rolling either side while fast asleep, HOWEVER, the adhesive is not good quality. Best is a Velcro feature, or a long wide yet thin strap with small flat hooks that can be pulled down under the chair or lazyboy and affixed under the frame. The pillow will fall off after the adhesive wears out about 25-45 days.

I was shopping for an upright pillow because I am relegated to sleeping in a recliner. I chose this particular pillow because of the shape it portrayed in its picture...distinct bulge for neck support and levees on both sides of the head to prevent your head from falling side to side. When I received it, it came as flat as paper and never really gained any shape as it was advertised. I decided to try it anyway....BIG MISTAKE!!! As I write this review, less than 20 min after using this stinker of a pillow I am nursing a headache that is worse than using nothing at all!!! PASS THIS ONE BY!!!!

Really comfortable and soft, Quality of material is very good, easy to wash. However the middle section is a bit thinner than I like, but my mom mainly uses it and she loves it. Used it for the hospital and at home. Worth the investment

I bought this so that my mom could have more support for her head so she’s more comfortable watching TV. Now I use it for my lower back so it’s great for your neck and support for your back as well. It also stays in place so the design is good. This neck pillow is a great feel and just the right firm and a great value for the money.

Doesn't stay on the couch and is not super comfortable

This recliner pillow has been a blessing. I use it on my lazy boy reclining sofa. Don’t get me wrong, the headrest is fine, but I really wanted a pillow type and when I came across this pillow, I was like this is perfect!!! It beats using tiny pillows to sleep. And I do sleep in the recliner during the night because of my lower back pain and acid reflux. As soon as the pillow came in it inflated fast and was ready to go. I threw it over the headrest of the couch. It has pockets on the back maybe to add weight so that it doesn’t slide down the chair because it does tend to slide down. But on the flip side, it is very soft and feels almost like a contour pillow. It provides support to the neck and, well, its just like a pillow. I sleep very well on it. I plan to buy a back up one only because a long time ago, i searched all over trying to find the right lil pillow and finally this was on Amazon. I highly recommend it! I love it!! No regrets. And no mushiness. Definitely worth the money!!

Das Kissen (Kopfstütze) ist sehr gut. Leider fehlte an einer Seite eine Henkelöse wo man den Haltegummi einhängen kann. Das zurück schicken kostet mir Geld und Zeit. Ich habe diese Henkelöse selbst angenäht. Bei solchen Preis sollte alles in Ordnung sein. Aber sonst bin ich zufrieden.

The sides are not as raised as the picture would suggest but the quality of the product is pretty good
