This product specifically says that it would be good for pet grooming, "The treated polyester fabric of this versatile salon smock makes it ideal for use in hair studios, nail salons, massage parlors, spas, even pet grooming businesses and more." When I received it, the fabric is similar to what black jeans would be made out of which is definitely not suitable for pet grooming. When I tried to call the company about this issue because I don't feel like I should have to pay return shipping for an issue of false advertising, the representative was pretty rude and immediately came at me with an attitude. Even after I pointed out that she was talking to me in a certain tone of voice that I didn't like, she continued to and acted really defensively as if I was just making up that I read it was good for groomers. Then said very condescendingly "Well, we do cater to some pet business that's why it says that." Like, this smock specifically advertises that the material is good for it and it's not, so whether there's other products that they sell for groomers is irrelevant because this one specifically says it is and it's not.Poor customer service, false advertising, the smock seems alright for other uses though. Maybe even hair styling since human hair is more slippery than pet hair.
