To charge, connect an 18-gauge (or larger) extension cord (not included) to the connector on the side of the jump starter and plug the extension cord into a 120V AC outlet. Charge immediately after purchase, after each use, and every 30 days.

How do I connect the clamps to my battery?

For a negative-grounded vehicle (modern industry standard), connect the positive (red) clamp to the positive post of the battery and then connect the negative (black) clamp to the vehicle chassis or engine block.

How do I use the inverter and 120V AC outlets to power a device?

Plug the device into the AC power outlet on the back of the jump starter and place the inverter switch in the 120V position. The green LED will light. Turn the connected device on.
