Will be two total treatments. **Q: What are the inactive ingredients and it says "pure praziquantel" but what is the actual percentage?** A: Perhaps the best way to think of the Praziquantel content is that it is equivalent to 25 grams of our Prazi-Cura Praziquantel Powder which treats up to 2500 gallons or, in other words, ~5.25% active ingredient by weight. This product combines the active Praziquantel with proprietary blend of purified water and a human food grade "solutionizer" which is GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) by the US Food and Drug Administration. This combination allows the often difficult Praziquantel powder to be more easily diluted in your pond water for application, removing some of the frustration in utilizing the very effective Praziquantel for treating parasites. **Q: What does this liquid work out to, in terms of grams/oz ?** A: Thanks for your question. There are 25 grams of active ingredient in each 16oz bottle. That works out to about 1.56 grams/oz. Let us know if we can be of further assistance. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Aquariums *by R***T on 21 December 2025* Mixes surprisingly well for a typically hydrophobic medicine. This is a great deal on Praziquantel if you're looking for it for your large aquarium, as the bulk pricing saves you a ton of money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast cure! *by N***C on 10 March 2022* Community tank had wasting which I identified as possible parasites. Other meds didn’t make a difference. Treated with this and three days later I could visibly see it was working. Way more cost efficient as well vs the 1 pack per 10 gallon meds of other brands when you’re treating 75+ gallon tanks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works For Me *by C***7 on 3 July 2024* I was not aware of this product until recently. I have some Koi that were not eating and swimming erractically. I tried some other meds but after 2 weeks, they were still the same. I decided to give this a try even though it is very expensive at $49 for 16 oz bottle. Mixed recommended amount with some water and distributed it in the tank. Also removed carbon in the filter system leaving only the pads. Your water will get cloudy without the carbon but that is what you have to do. My Koi fish started eating after third day of treatment and they also starting swimming a little more normal. After 7 days, I did a partial water change and gave the tank a second treatment. It has been 3 weeks and the fish seem to be back to normal. It should be noted that I also added aquqrium salt to the water so that may have had a beneficial effect. In any case, I would say this med did its job. Use it if you have expensive fish. ## Frequently Bought Together - Prazi-Cura Liquid - Safest, Most Effective Parasite Treatment for Koi, and Aquarium Fish!
