The product has obviously been dropped at some point and not by delivery as the packaging was fine. Shipping a damaged product is completely unacceptable and requiring I pay for return shipping fees to get a replacement is unacceptable to me.

I had my doubts when buying this series from here when I saw the comments about missing pages. But not only did this arrive a day earlier than it was predicted, the books were in perfect condition and there were no blank pages, all of them were there. The cover to keep the books together was a bit beaten down on the the and bottom but nothing major. So I'm really happy😊
