I used these to color Melting chocolate and it worked great.

Unfortunately for me it left an awful tatse in my merckens chocolate.it was literally unedable to the point I threw out that whole batch and just took a diffrent route.

These are great. My only complaint is red doesn’t mix with white chocolate. It still comes out pink. Had to use red melting wafers to get the red I needed

Colors are amazing, easy mix. A little goes a long way. Have fun with them .
