Poor quality and customer service
Seal failed after 6 months. No customer service available by phone. Lifetime warranty requires shipping back to Tervis for a credit and ordering a replacement, presumably with more shipping charges. Definitely would not recommend based on lack of customer service and support.

Keeps beverages hot or cold. Doesn’t weep or leave water rings on surfaces. Lightweight, with handle for any size hand.

Lightweight and keep coffee warm
Ordered 2 of these. I had ordered 2 clear for my elderly mother who loved a big cup of coffee but could not hold a heavy mug. These were perfect!!! I liked them so much I ordered 2 more for me. Eventually the coffee stains are hard to get out but no matter they work!

Great quality!
I love this cup because it's not huge like so many others and it keeps my hot beverages warm and my cold beverages cool. Tervis is the BEST!

Not as expected
I thought this cup was cute and that it would keep my cup of coffee hot longer than any of my coffee cups. I feel it does not. It seems it keeps the coffee as hot as any of my other cups. Maybe this one came damaged or something. I gave it two stars because I like the way it looks but, disappointed.
