Love them but don’t us a Metal utensil set on them I got a nice silicon utensil set off Amazon if you are doing mash put the mash in a bowl to mash don’t use metal in them get hot fast only down fall the handle get hot a bit

Handles get very hot during cooking and tarnish over time

Fabulous but don't scratch the non-stick surfaces.
Definitely don't use metal utensils in these. Silicone or wood work great and the pits and pans clean really easily. Great set and beautiful to look at.
