I like this pillow a lot. I am normally a side sleeper, but recently I found that I must sleep on my back the majority of the time. I have had a couple of cervical pillows, and the one I had only supported side sleeping. I picked this one out because it supports both ways of sleeping. My only complaint about the pillow is that when laying on your side, there really isn't good support for your arm. Not a big deal for me. What I really like about the pillow is that I can move to my back without having to fight with turning the pillow. It's just support in the right place regardless of the position.I like that when the pillow arrived, I could use it right away. It has to "pop up" from being packaged, but it didn't smell at all and took shape before bed the night it arrived. The surface is smooth, soft, and not hot, and it can be washed. I can not only sleep on my back longer and more comfortable but also wake up without a headache. I definitely recommend trying this pillow if you're having problems.

I rarely give reviews but I had to for his pillow. I have neck problems and on and off, I am in pain, get headaches, and usually end up in PT. Lately I have had trouble sleeping as I found my self fighting with my pillows. I have tried numerous pillows over time. They are too hard, too soft, too high, too low....I've tried feather pillows, foam pillows, cervical pillows but never found one that worked well up until now. I received the pillow the same day I ordered it. It didn't have a funny smell upon opening and the price is great. When I first lied down, it took me a few minutes to get used to the pillow as I felt I was falling back a bit as I am used to being propped up more. That night I slept well, but the best part was that the next day I felt better than I had in weeks. My neck pain and inflammation felt better and I could stand up straight without strain. It also helped my bad posture - able to stand up straighter and my husband said I didn't snore all night. I am mostly a side and back sleeper and it is so comfortable now on the side - no more shoulder discomfort. There are 2 sides to the pillow so you can choose if you like the lower or higher end. I highly recommend this pillow.

I had to get a replacement pillow because the first one came without manufacturer wrapping just placed in an Amazon box and it was used and dirty. I will blame this on Amazon because they were responsible for packaging and shipping. The replacement came wrapping in plastic and new. The pillow was very comfortable and provided good neck support.

I waited until I'd used this pillow for a couple of weeks before writing this review. This is the pillow I've been searching for since before Covid!! For context, I've had a SLAP repair and probably a second surgery in my near future. I've spent way too much money in my search for a pillow that didn't cause more pain by morning. I was at a friend's house and took a nap. They offered this unusual-looking pillow with a fresh pillowcase. I woke up refreshed and not stiff! I was cautiously optimistic, so I purchased one for myself. My ear no longer sits at my shoulder in the morning, my stretches and PT are becoming easier. I admit I was skeptic that it would stay the mini-miracle it was, thus the delay in my review. This pillow is so great, I've bought another as a spare. (When I find something I really love, it gets sold out or discontinued.) The quality is solid, and both have stayed firm. I sleep on my side, this pillow accounts for my head/neck angle.

These pillows will take some time to adjust to as your neck and cervical spine change position. There is a two week period at the minimum for your body adjusting to this new alignment. There is some inconsistency with the make of the pillows as I bought two and one is slightly higher and firmer than the other. There is a 24 hour break-in period after you remove the pillow from the plastic packaging to let it air out and expand, so do not use it until that time is over.The pillowcase is very soft and smooth and can be washed (on gentle/delicate), and this requires you to unzip the zipper and pull the blue round button clasps apart which can take some effort. One of the pillowcases had some material fraying at the seam and I couldn't get in touch with the manufacturer to get it replaced. The pillows have helped with my neck pain somewhat, but some days are worse than others. I am still adjusting to using a cervical neck pillow so it takes some time. I am a back and side sleeper, but the pillows are fine in either position. There is a lower side and a higher side for neck support, and you'll have to try either side to see which is more comfortable.There are many options for cervical neck pillows and this is my first experience with them. Do your research and if this brand seems like the right fit for you give them a try. No one will be able to decide for you until you try them yourself where comfort is key.

This pillow checks a lot of boxes for me. It's a good size, with a thoughtful design that takes in the challenges of people like me who have neck problems when they sleep. I think what impressed me most when I opened it, was just how good quality it is. I've tried a lot of pillows in my time and this one is up there for quality. It looks and feels good to the touch. The cooling cover is zippered on the back, which is another nice touch. I like the fact that I don't need to buy special pillow cases for it too. My standard pillow case fits just fine.I haven't had the pillow long enough to give a qualified comment on sleep quality. Especially since sleep and I are not best friends. Let's just say that the fact that I actually slept for 7 hours the first night I used it says a lot. (Most nights I'm between 5 and 6, so this was a major improvement). I am finding it a little on the firm side, although I'm thinking it will probably soften up as I wear it in. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. It really is a very nice pillow at a fair price. What more can you ask for?

Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain Relief provide no relief for my neck pain and in fact made it worse. This is basically a regular pillow with a button in the middle and too far from the edge to make any difference for side sleepers. I gave up on on night 3 and wish I had never purchased this. The rise of the edges is actually higher than a normal pillow and creates an uncomfortable angle for my neck.

I’ve only used it one night but I’ll update if anything changes.The pillow is wonderful! I love how soft it is and I’m amazed at how well it actually keeps me cool! I’m 4 months pregnant and deal with my arms and hands going numb every night. It’s a little too soon to know if it will help with that but one night in and I didn’t have any numbness.I don’t think it’s possible for it to lose its shape haha. I’ve bent it and laid on it folded and nothing has changed. It holds its shape very well. The height is also perfect for my neck!This has got to be one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on. The memory foam is airy enough that the pillow doesn’t feel too hard. I’ve tried a couple other pillows similar to this (one given to me by a chiropractor) and they have all been so hard and uncomfortable.
