In another review of a supplement, I once said that noticing a difference after just a few weeks would likely be a bad sign. I have to retract that now! I swear, my recovery after strength training has gone more smoothly since I started taking these. I also credit it with me feeling less awful the day after a long hike chasing some kidlets around! The pills don't give me any stomach trouble or issues on the way down, with no off tastes or smells. This is a respectable brand who does their research, and I'm pleased with the effects versus the cost. I hope to be at maintenance rather than building strength soon, but I'll definitely pick these back up if I run out before I'm content with my progress.

I trust this brand above all others and have used different formulas from it for years. It been recommended to me both and MD and an ND at different times. The Muscle Repair was a new one for me, but meet the same high expectations as others. I'm over 50 and trying new sports, like paddleboarding recently, is hard on my body.
