Item arrived quickly and earlier than expected. It was also packaged well incase of any leakage (which there wasn’t any). Clear instructions and easy to use. After touching up my balayage at home, my hair had a lot of warmth and yellow tones. The results of this toner gave a beautiful beige blonde which I prefer to a very ashy result. The smell is very strong while mixing but does disappear after the initial chemical reaction has happened. I also noticed my hair was silky soft and smelled amazing after washing it. I liked it so much I have already repurchased.

Nice shine but not much toning for bleached hair

bottle is tiny ( my fault for not reading measurements) didn't make any difference to bleach hair

A little on the small side just hope it covers all my hair .if you have lot of abundant hair or is long I order two .

Great blonde toners at a great price. I have access to salon products and will order this instead any day. Easy, and long lasting. Demi disappears on me within a week.. T11 is a great neutral beige blonde shade for level 9 or lighter. Use half and half 10 and 20 volume for long lasting bright results. 20 isn’t necessary.. you’re better off to just bleach out again. Also, OLAPLEX. Always.

Great toner! I was pleasantly surprised how effective this toner is. I mixed T11 and T81 together and I'm happy with the outcome. I already have blonde hair naturally, with highlights. I wanted to freshen it up a bit so decided to see how this toner would work. Although it wasn't as light as I was hoping.. the beige blonde & light ash together really gives a nice natural blonde colour. It's a bit of a darker blonde (I love platinum/ash/whitey blonde as well) but this shade really quite suits my skin tone and looks way more natural. Definitely planning on buying a few more light blonde shades to try again in a few months! Hair was so healthy and glossy after! Does anyone know where do get the Wella 20 developer?? I could only find 10 on Amazon but am thinking maybe a 20 developer would have been even better! Highly recommended for anyone who's new to self toning... this was the first time I've ever tried toning my own hair!

It worked well to get out the golden that I had. I was surprised because my hair gets a lot of that orange color when I tried to bleach it and this one did pretty well to correct it.
