Being a PC guy that knows his stuff, I am very pleased with this refurbished laptop. It works like new. They wiped the HD and fresh installed Windows 11. No bloatware! However, you will need to install an anti-virus program. I recommend Avast free. I have been using it for a good 15 years with zero malware or virus infections, and it is 100% free. SPEEDY! I am also an emulator master. This little laptop runs the most power hungry games in MAMEUI64 at FULL SPEED WITHOUT ANY FRAME SKIPPING! I was amazed. It really is an awesome laptop. I will likely buy another one of these to keep in case. Works great with USB hubs and the HDMI is 1080p and looks great. A+A+A+

Fast little laptop! So glad I got this for my grandson who is coming into his senior year of high school. He loves it!

I actually purchased 2 of these laptops, both advertised to be in excellent condition, which they were. I love the touch screen, size and weight of this laptop, but not so enchanted with the battery life, which on full charge only lasts a max of 2 hours or so. Both laptops have the 43Wh battery which I upgraded to 63Wh thinking my battery life would significantly improve, but that did not happen. That's okay though because I am only on about an hour a day anyway. However, why the 1 start rating is that both these laptops continually freeze up, which is terribly frustrating. And when they freeze, the only resolution is to power the off the laptop and re-boot. I don't like unreliable laptops and unfortunately I have found both of mine are exactly that. Sadly, for medical reasons, I did not start to use these laptops until after the return date expired, otherwise, they would have been returned. I have purchased other refurbished laptops from Amazon and they have all been excellent purchases. I guess I was due to run into a couple of lemons.

Good buy

First one came faulty. Would not initiate the startup. Returned it and second one came 4 days later. That one worked (so far, so good). Laptop itself in good physical shape and speed seems nice. Knocking one star down for the faulty laptop on the first attempt.

My wife needed a laptop because she will be working per diem from home, and this works with her docking station that provides her dual displays. I was going to purchase one from the big auction site, but decided to check Amazon first, and I am so happy I did ! This was an excellent purchase. I believe the laptop have never been used, there is no visible wear to the keyboard, bezel, or touch pad. There are no marks or scratches on the case. There is still a little plastic cover over the power button. It came very well packaged, a box inside of a box, the laptop was in a custom air packaging case that kept it very secure during shipping. A genuine Dell power adapter was included. It is a feature packed laptop, with plenty of ports, including a ethernet port. The backlit keyboard is both functional, and beautiful ! The best part is, no bloatware ! It comes with a fresh install of Windows11, and nothing else, none of that garbage software Dell installs on new PCs. The performance is spectacular, it's lightning fast, even after adding antivirus software and an office suite. Battery life is also fantastic. This might be the very best Amazon Prime purchase I've ever made ! Get one, you won't be sorry, and it's backed up by Prime !

I chose this model because it’s the same one I use at work, and I know it’s reliable. I haven’t experienced any functional issues with it, but I couldn’t overlook the physical condition it arrived in. One of the keys keeps coming loose, and there is noticeable wear on the palm rest, as if a sticker had been applied and later removed. There is also visible wear around the USB ports, and the lid has several scratches on the surface.

I am so happy that I purchased this laptop and didn’t listen to the comments. Battery life good, the setup was easy, very fast to load, the condition was like new, and was worth the every penny. I needed this for school to take my proctored test. My old hp laptop was only a year old. I bought it brand new and it was trassssh. So, I’m very happy with this purchase.

Esta computadora iba bien hasta llegar al 50 % de pila, lo cual sucedía en 50 min aproximadamente. Después de ahí se iba descargando la pila muy rapidamente, casi no duraba 15 minutos encendida. Hice la devolución a inicios de febrero y no ha procedido. No la compren, evítense todo el proceso

Funciona excelente la uso con un controlador de Dj y los stem funcionan perfectamente lo malo es que no funciona sin cargador

No me sirvió porque no detectaba el DD y no se pudo configurar por tal motivo lo regresé y ahora estoy esperando mi devolución.

No la pude usar porque venía configurada nada más para correo escolar o de trabajo, nunca me dejó configurarla, la tuve que devolver y todavía no me han reembolsado

Es el producto más feo que he visto, parece que la compu la sacaron de la basura. No volvería a comprar equipos renovados en Amazón, además se equivocaron en el cargador, la laptop necesitaba tipo C y enviaron circular. La laptop bien maltratada.
