Does exactly as described. It seems to be easing hard nodule on my palm, I can’t say it is any better but it certainly isn’t any worse. Time will tell

I don’t do reviews, but after a serious hand injury with two broken finger a ruptured ligament and 4 ruptured tendons I have to undergo physiotherapy. I took a chance on this unit after the laceration had heeled and it is absolutely amazing. First time in 6 weeks that I can slowly feel a difference, although the hand will never heal back to the fine motor skills I need, this unit is reducing the heeling pain in the evenings

I get a lot of pain in my fingers and thumbs. It has been so bad lately. Thought I would give one of these machines a go. I read so many reviews on most of the ones that are available. I was getting so confused. In the end I went for this one as the reviews were good. I don’t use it on full strength. The air compression is really good. The heat doesn’t reach the top part of my fingers but I don’t know if it should. The first time I used it I couldn’t bend my fingers at first, but this soon went. I have been using it for the last few days and I am getting a lot of relief from it. There are lots of settings you can choose but I tend to stick to the same one. I like that it massages the base of my thumbs too. I am so glad I got this. It may not work for everyone but it is great for me.

really helps with the pain

Not able to post fair review as unable to use. Bought for my elderly father who is struggling with trigger fingers and arthritis in hands. Unfortunately his left hand too big to fit comfortably so pressure too painful even on lowest setting so have had to return as can’t use .

Excellent product. I can feel a difference with my fingers, hand and wrist ( if I pop it further in) I have also used it with my toes and front part of my feet as I get really sore feet. Work's too! Expensive but well worth it

Ho comperato questo articolo perché dopo il parto ho avuto una tendinite al polso che mi faceva veramente male e volevo evitare di ricorrere alle infiltrazioni. Mi è stato veramente utile ed in poco tempo il dolore si è alleviato, anche se non sono ancora del tutto guarita funziona bene, lo uso da un paio di settimane. Unica pecca la batteria dura circa 4 volte, usandolo su entrambe le mani devo caricarlo un giorno si e un giorno no.

Heute nach der Lieferung direkt genutzt und ich bin echt positiv überrascht. Ich mache regelmäßig Jiu Jitsu und habe dadurch ständig schmerzende Hände, vor allem durch das viele Greifen und Festhalten. Mit diesem Gerät kann ich meinen Händen endlich mal die Massage geben, die sie wirklich verdient haben. Das Gefühl ist angenehm und entspannt, vor allem die Kombination aus Wärme und Kompression tut mir sehr gut. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ein Gerät für zuhause so einen Effekt haben kann. Die Einstellungen sind einfach zu verstehen, und ich konnte direkt loslegen ohne groß die Anleitung lesen zu müssen. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass man verschiedene Intensitätsstufen wählen kann, je nachdem wie stark man es mag. Die Verarbeitung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck, alles wirkt stabil und sauber verarbeitet. Auch meine Finger fühlen sich nach der Anwendung weniger steif an, was im Training sicher helfen wird. Ich kann das Gerät bisher echt empfehlen und freue mich darauf, es regelmäßig zu nutzen, um meinen Händen etwas Gutes zu tun. :)
