Viviscal 4D Hair Growth Cycle Supplements for Women, 60 Count

I knew my hair was growing, but didn't realize HOW MUCH until I took this picture! 😂 I'm 42 with fine, thin hair, and years of bleaching haven't helped. I work in construction, so my hair takes a beating from wearing a hardhat all day. I'm also growing out my highlights to get back to my natural color, so I wanted to protect my hair instead of just covering up damage with dye. After 3 months on Viviscal 4D, I'm genuinely impressed. My hair feels stronger and fuller, and I'm noticing way less shedding in my brush and shower drain. I've tried the original Viviscal too, but I prefer 4D. The capsules are tasteless, don't upset my stomach like some supplements do, and are easy to take. I take mine with my morning protein shake, which makes staying consistent a no-brainer. The downside: It's not cheap, and you have to take it daily for it to be worth it. Three months is still early, so I'll update this review if anything changes. Everyone's results will vary, but I'm really happy with mine so far!

I have been using these vitamins since December 2025. Right around probably April 2026 I started noticing new hairs growing in around my hairline in the front and on the top of my head. To this date I continue to have new hair growth in those areas. Please note that this is not an overnight fix and it will take a long time to reverse the effects of shedding. But so far I have had positive effectiveness with continued use of these vitamins. I also wash with Nizoral once a week which has helped as well. Pills are capsules, not too large and you take two, one time a day. I have had no side effects from taking them that I have noticed. They are costly however how much are you willing to pay to get your hair to grow back in?

I buy this product for my fiance and she has noticeably better hair let's breakage less shedding been using it for a couple of years now

I have waited 8 months to write this. I have used numerous hair growth products, including the original Viviscal and Nutrafol. My new growth fell out with Nutrafol 6 months after I started . So disappointing. This Viviscal 4D has given me amazing growth and I seem to be keeping what it has given me! I keep waiting for the fall out to happen, but am so happy to say that is not the case. Am now adding the pumpkin seed oil to hopefully continue healthy growth! I highly recommend this product!

I've been taking it for a few months but no results.

I’ve been taking this for a year now, and my hair difference is so noticeable! I was recovering from bleaching my hair for years and my hair was so dead and short, now i taken this for a year and my difference is so noticeable! You won’t see a change immediately but taking this i was a noticeable change after 5 months. I’ll put pictures of before and after. I will continue taking this until i feel like my hair has reached its goal! I recommend this product!!!

Love this. I really notice a difference in the thickness of my hair. When I ran out and didn’t buy more, my hair started to thin again.

Haven't noticed a whole lot of difference in my hair yet, but this is my first month. I have not noticed any odd effects. My biggest issue is that they're were not 60 capsules in the jar! I already ran out and it's been exactly a month. These were delivered March 2, they sat on my table for a day or two before I even opened them PLUS I missed one dose AND I skipped a dose for surgery one night so there's NO WAY I should have run out of capsules before 30 days. I track all of my supplements on a tracker. Very disappointed especially for the price. MONTH 2: Short AGAIN. I have to say, I feel like the texture of my hair had changed somewhat. It feels somewhat more cparse/thickened. Unfortunately it's not a significant enough difference for this price ESPECIALLY to not even receive the proper amount of pills in the jar. Unacceptable. I will probably cancel this subscription.
