Wow. This stuff is the REAL DEAL! But do not under any circumstance take this on an empty stomach. It gave me an ulcer. It was 100% my fault. I also took ashwagandha too and that and the black seed burnt right through my stomach. Oops. I’ve never found a black seed oil this strong! Impressive. I have tough stomach so I’m surprised for sure.

1 of the greatest products known 2 man top notch product if you’re not careful enough, don’t do like I did was taking one every day before I knew it in about a month I had lost 15 at least 15 pounds. My project was to lose about five so now I take one once a week, it was fine to lose it because you’re cleaning out the parasites in your body to parasite makes you feel this though and make you look bigger because you’re feeding a parasite in your body. That’s why you’re belley looks big.

I had this pill at 8 AM the first day and it didn’t affect me at all. I had this pill at 8 AM the second day and I spent 20 minutes in the bathroom dry heaving, trying not to puke the pill up even though I had it with a full meal. I didn’t want to throw up my breakfast or the pill. The third day I had this pill at 8 AM. It made me run to the bathroom three or four times before work and my stomach was killing me like I was getting an ulcer for about four hours. My stomach finally started to feel OK after 12 o’clock noon. Just cramps. Severe cramps like when I had an ulcer before five years ago. This is way too strong for a healthy stomach. I never eat fast food or processed foods so I should have started at 5% like everyone else. This is 20% and I’m now questioning if it’s putting a hole in my stomach. I never ever ever get heartburn and this definitely gave me heartburn as well and the feeling of death. So I need to stop taking it. I am not sure how anyone else in the world takes this and is OK with it. I cannot return this because I threw the bottle away and put the pills in a pill sorter. But I am sure as hell going to try.

I’ve been taking black seed oil from various manufacturers for several years. This particular brand and its 20% Thymoquione capsules seem to cause a stomach upset for me. This almost never happens as I’m not sensitive to supplements. The jury is still out on this one. I’ll give it another try to before I ditch it entirely.
