Is the powder white or blue?

I use Blackberry Fusion all of the time and it is reddish, but I do not use Berry Blue.

Does this contain any gluton?

There's nothing on the box that says specifically that it's gluten-free. But I don't see anything in the ingredient list that would suggest gluten (though I'm no gluten expert): sugar, gelatin, adipic acid, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, fumaric acid, red 40, blue 1.
