Simply delicious
When these perfectly textured delights are gone make sure to add fresh hot peppers of your choice to the jar. Slice or puncture jalapeños, ghost peppers, Carolina reapers, or whatever you have that doesn't clash with garlic and vinegar. Wait only a few days and you will be amazed. I would buy just their brine if they sold it separately. You can add the peppers when you still have pickles left if you want a pickle with a slight kick (literally overnight). My garden produces peppers that vary widely in heat. Literally same plant peppers can be extremely hot or bland. This brine balances them in a couple of days. They stay crunchy, gain garlicky goodness, and keep all winter. Note: KEEP REFRIGERATED.

Consistent, crisp and delicious every time
Clausen pickles have been my favorite pickles for years. What I appreciate most is the consistency — every jar has the same great taste, fresh flavor, and signature crispness that sets them apart from other brands. They’re perfect alongside a sandwich, burger, or just eaten straight from the jar as a snack. The balance of garlic, dill, and crunch is excellent without being overpowering. its too salty. I drain the brine, and add fresh water with some stevia and other spices and fresh herbs and it tastes awesome.

crispest sour pickles that you can reasonably buy without access to a real deli
crisp, crunchy, sour - everything that a pickle should be. a required accompaniment for any sandwich. these are a bit on the expensive side, for pickles - but you get what you pay for.
