I bought this to save me keeping the door open for my 19 dogs and everything from a bison cross poodle, to German shepherd and all sizes in between go through it. the smaller dogs do struggle with the relatively heavy flap but to be honest that is due to their size not the product as it is meant for bigger dogs, I have simply replaced the flap with a cloth so the little dogs can pass through, it is not as efficient but again that is not the products fault it is because I have such a range of dog sizes, It has a solid drop sheet which can be locked into place if you want to either keep dogs in or out but also if you are away for your home for any time it can be installed and would make a solid door for security reasons. I was recommended this by a friend who uses the same product for their rottweiler and they have no issues, it comes with the installation details and all the bits you need, If you need a way of letting your dogs in without holding the door all day then this might well be a good option but get the size best suited for your dog unfortunately my door is not big enough to have the full range of sizes so I went for the biggest, for the biggest of the dogs and adapted it for the rest but not everyone has 19 dogs.

The media could not be loaded.  Bella, funzionale, presa per il nostro cane da 40kg, era già abituato a quella di legno fatta dal falegname, ma era pesante quindi abbiamo comperato questa, Montaggio facile, dipende da dove bisogna inserirla, consigliamo di farla montare da qualcuno che abbia mani esperte, o che comunque si destreggi bene in queste cose.. bella da vedere, misura giusta per noi, arrivata subito il giorno dopo con prime, protetta e ben imballata. È capitato raramente che non si chiudesse perfettamente, quando il cane è entrato piano e delicatamente... ma capita raramente. Cmq ha la calamita... probabilmente all’inizio deve un po’ farsi più che altro le spazzolone laterali. Noi la straconsigliamo! Stiamo pensando di comperarne una di scorta, anche se ci dà l’idea che durerà perché appare robusta.. il nostro cagnolone la ama!
