Si la idea es tener algo que permita que el cuello se mueva poco para poder descansar sin tener q estar haciendo fuerza con el cuello entonces esto NO es la solucion. No es muy alto, con lo cual el cuello cae mucho igual y, si uno inclina el cuello para abajo; el sistema que tiene para tirar de una tirita, se afloja facilmente.

LOVE this, I’ve tried many travel pillows with very little success but I got a good six hours sleep on a long haul flight with this one (I rarely get more than one hour!) I’m a petite 5ft 4 so the fact that this was so easy to adjust definitely helped! Only downside is that it doesn’t have a bag or a good way to fold it to be smaller

This product was too deep for it to be comfy on my neck, a male passenger borrowed it and it fitted him fine

Wow! Absolutely brilliant travel pillow BUT you need to have a medium to long neck. I doubt short necked people will find it comfortable. I'm 6'1", the fit is perfect but it's somewhat too large for my 5'2" wife.

It was confortable but the attache broke after the first use
