Not what i expected. Needs a more lemony taste.

It has a strong lemon smell.. it adds a brightness to cooked pasta, I have used it one fish and in salad dressings.. I have used it more for baking fish than using it to fry something so not sure about the fry temperature. It seems to be made with good quality oil. If you use a lot of oil I would suggest ordering 2 the bottles are on the small side., but I do recommend. Only reason for the 4 star is the small bottle and does have an artificial lemon smell to it
