Roughly 1" in the heel when you are standing in them. They are pretty squishy insoles, so your weight can affect the height a bit. I'm 180 lbs. The heel is about 1.5" uncompressed I would estimate.

You will not need to worry about a warranty. They are good boots. Buy them and enjoy !

I also confirm they run true to size. I measured my foot before ordering and they are spot on. My feet are also semi-wide and these feel great. The heel feels very secure as well.
