Get the Denman shower brush instead. This slips out of my hand and there’s drag when brushing through my wet hair. But the Denman one never slips of my grip & runs through my wet hair much smoother. I should have stuck with what works.

Works great. I have long, thick hair. I used it numerous times my wash routine. Brush as much hair out with any brush, then use tool on scalp just in small strokes but everywhere and to detangle. When washing it was great to spread out shampoo and keep detangling. It does the work vs nails. Contioner spread out and more detangling. It stays on hand amazingly well (to my surprise).. occasionally I used thumb on the hold if too slippery from conditioner. I ended up with no need to brush out hair after and it felt great. The spokes are stronger than the silicone versions, and don't flatten out when using on scalp. I used it after for pony tail head pain. All around surprise at the difference it made and only complaint is price. Considering it's a peice of plastic, it shouldn't cost $16+cdn. But, if it lasts, money well spent. I wouldn't recommend the silicone ones as they're not loosening anything on scalp and they collapsed flat when brushing, head full of product etc. the tangle tease was great for everything could also use it for after leave in sprays but I don't need those if I continue to brush through my entire routine. Took less than 15 minutes. Love it!!

I have been using the silicone spikes scalp massager for years and it was ok but I always felt like it was not getting to my scalp enough to really scrub it. This one is incredible and scrubs circles around the previous one I had! The bristles are so fine and hard yet somehow very gentle on the scalp yet hard enough to really give your scalp a good clean. It removes all build up and really stimulates my scalp. The long and thin bristles penetrate my thick hairs and get right to the scalp which the previous one I had couldn’t do because the spikes were much fatter. I love this massager.. was definitely worth every penny!
