Will this help mouth breathers who snore?

Most people who breathe through the open mouth snore because of the vibration of the soft palate. Throat sprays or strips are better if this is the case. This spray is for nasal snoring. If in doubt, it is easy to check by closing your mouth and see if you can make snoring noises. If you can, it is nasal. Then, open your mouth, pinch your nostrils together and see if you can make snoring noises. If you can, it is the soft palate. Be advised, some people, like me, snore through either and have to use both types of aids but most people are affected by just the one type. Hope this helps others.

Is it safe to be using it every night?

Yes, Asonor is safe to use every night.

Does this contain lavender?

Nope... No mention of lavender on the ingredients, no smell to it and virtually no taste... It does work, however... I found changing my pillow also helped even more, tempur cloud pillow and asonor has reduced snoring by 95%.

Does this work on sleep apnea

It can help. This was my reason for buying it, but I also changed my sleeping position from sleeping on my back onto my side and found this really made a difference.
