These pretzels were a solid surprise. Like most high-protein snacks, they’re a little drier than regular pretzels, but that’s totally expected and didn’t take away from enjoying them. The flavors are good, the crunch is satisfying, and the protein content really makes them stand out. What I liked most was how convenient they were as a mid-day snack. Being able to grab a few quickly when you need something filling but not heavy is clutch. They’re great for staying on track with protein goals while still feeling like you’re having a real snack. Definitely something I’d keep stocked for busy days.

I bought this protein pretzels since I wanted to try something new after my workouts. Great taste, not too heavy, a lot of protein. Love this one and definitely going to buy it again

I really like these. They’re a bit softer than a regular pretzel and they do have somewhat a baking-soda-ey taste to them, but I always dip my pretzels in mustard so it’s not noticeable. Even plain, they’re pretty good. A good amount in each bag so I’m set for a while. You get a good amount of protein and fiber with less carbs. I’d buy them again.

I have only eaten the Sea Salt Pretzels which weren't bad but disappointed the bag is not individualized and has 2 servings. Not what I expected when purchasing.

When I first tasted a pretzel, the taste surprised me, and I did not like it. But I kept going back for another bite, and I started to really enjoy them. They are very dry, probably due to the protein, but they're still satisfying, and delicious in a salad. They do have soy, and on the package there is a "non gmo" statement. Another plus is that there's no sugar-alcohol included, as they use monkfruit. I will order them again.
