This is a quality cooler and fit our needs perfectly, we just didn't end up keeping it long-term. This item is very sturdy and the color isn't too obvious so I like how it stays and conspicuous there is no leakage upon uses and the way everything sealed together perfect. I’m not trying to argue about the quality of the product. However, even if the quality is good, I would normally expect a delivered item to look new. In this case, it appeared as though it had already been handled or used. The stains were not severe, but they did make me feel dissatisfied with the product overall. I decided to keep it only because I need to use it tomorrow.
