Works well (though I haven’t tried others to compare). One note of caution: do not try to use it with a European power adapter - it will fail spectacularly…

I use this several times a week, works great, really puts out the steam. Easy to fill, fires up very quickly.

This is my first clothes steamer, and I’m really happy with it! It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and does a great job removing wrinkles. It has made my ironing routine much more enjoyable and cut down the time I spend on it. Our guests who used it also really liked it!The water tank holds enough water that I don’t have to refill it often, without making the steamer too heavy. I usually use it horizontally on an ironing board rather than upright with clothes on a hanger. With the stopper in place, it hasn’t leaked during use, which pleasantly surprised me. It works really well on stubborn wrinkles in cotton and linen.I used to dread ironing my linen pants and shirts, but this steamer makes the process so easy that I actually look forward to it. Even steaming my husband’s pants feels enjoyable now!We accidentally lost the rubber stopper for the water tank, and customer support has been very helpful in answering my questions.

so, a few things i really like about the hilife steamer are its design, the length of the cord, and how easy it is to refill the water tank. i also suspect that almost all steamers, whether expensive or budget-friendly, can have issues with leaking. that said, i wonder if one of the contributing factors might be people filling the water tank all the way to the brim.overall, though, this steamer is much better than i expected, tbh. i love how quickly it heats up and how fast the steam comes out. for the price, i’m genuinely impressed. this is my honest review.
