Review: Very thin metal and exceptionally light weight. - It's most definetly made of the thinnest metal that I have come across. It's exceptionally light, but if it holds up to the task I will be happy. I needed a tall pan for water bath canning and this should do the trick. Because of its intended purpose, it will only get used periodically, so it will hopefully stand up to the test. Time will tell with this one.
