ばね指初心者です。 整形外科医に親指を内側に力を入れるのが炎症には良くない、ずっとつけっぱなしは他のところが動かなくなるので良くないと言われこの商品を購入しました。 まだ当たると痛いところがある状態ですが、仕事中の指曲げ作業が多い時に使用しています。しっかりした作りのオシャレな商品です。

60歳近くになり 最近 朝の手の強ばりが気になりだし、親指の付け根辺りが腫れていて 押さえたり 物が当たるとすごく痛いです 特に皿洗いやタオルを絞ったり、ペットボトルを空ける動作等 ついつい使用してしまい激痛が走ってしまい何をするのでも億劫になってました！こちらの商品は 格安な上に 1つで両手に使えます！今回左手親指内側の付け根が痛く 痛みが広がっていて手首にも響いてきました こちらのサポートは 親指と付け根部分と手首もしっかりガードしてくれます！親指に沿ってアルミが入っていて絶妙な形で 全く痛くないです（別の商品でアルミが当たって痛い場合もあるので） メッシュで 濡れても すぐ乾くし 糸くずなくしっかりした作りです！ 親指の付け根のお表も裏もしっかりガードしてくれるので とってもおすすめします！ 今回は 可愛いい ピンクにしました 春らしい色で 気に入ってます！

親指はしっかり保護されている感じで良いと思うが、わたしの手が小さいせいか、ちょっと手の甲の部分がゆるく感じる。色も可愛い。

【購入のきっかけ】 親指のばね指症状が出てきたため、日常作業中でも固定できるサポーターを探して購入しました。手首ごと固定できるタイプを重視して選びました。 【使用環境・条件】 ・室内でのデスクワーク（PC作業） ・スマホ操作、仕事での手作業（捻ったりする） ・装着時間：数時間〜半日程度 実際に右手に装着し、作業時の固定感と動作制限を確認しました。 【使ってみた感想】 実物はブラックのメッシュ素材で、通気性を意識した構造。 親指部分に沿う形でスプリント（支え）が入り、手首まで覆う一体型の作りです。 装着は、親指を通してから手首のベルトを巻くシンプルな構造。 面ファスナーで締め具合を細かく調整できます。 実際に装着すると、親指と手首はかなりしっかり固定されます。 その分、親指の可動は大きく制限されるため、スマホ操作時は親指キーはほぼ使えなくなります。 【良かった点】 ・親指付け根から手首までしっかり固定できる ・ベルトで締め具合を調整できる ・メッシュ素材でムレにくい構造 ・軽量で装着自体の負担は少ない 【気になった点・注意点】 ・固定力が強い分、親指の自由はほぼなくなる ・タイピングや細かい作業はやりづらい ・日常動作との両立は用途を選ぶ ※「作業しながら使う」より「安静・固定目的」で使うほうが本質的に合っている 【向いている人／向かない人】 ▶向いている人 ・親指をしっかり固定したい ・痛みを抑えるために動きを制限したい ・安静時やサポート目的で使いたい ▶向かない人 ・装着したまま細かい作業をしたい ・親指をある程度動かしながら使いたい 【総合評価】 固定力はしっかりしており、親指の安定感は高い。 その代わり可動は制限されるため、用途を理解して使うことが前提。 現時点では使用感に満足しており、固定目的としては十分機能しています。 今後の耐久性や長時間使用での変化は継続して確認予定。 【気になった点・注意点（追記）】 ・梱包の袋がかなりタイトで取り出しにくい ジッパー付きの袋にぴったり収まっているため、指でサポーターを引っ張って取り出す際にサポーターが袋に引っかかりやすいです。 特に親指や手首に痛みがある状態だと、この「取り出す動作自体」が少し負担に感じました。 もう少し余裕があるサイズの袋だといいかも。

家族に購入。慣れるまでは、着けるのに苦戦してました。親指の付け根を痛がり、寝る前に湿布してつけてます。痛みが緩和するそうです

とてもしっかり固定できるので 洗い替えにまた 注文したいです。

母が関節リウマチを患っており、何かの拍子で手を痛めてしまったようで何かないかと探していた所、こちらの商品にたどり着きました。 が、堅い部分が痛い所を圧迫して痛くて着けていられない、と使い物になりませんでした。 合う人には良いのかもしれません。 返品も面倒なので、少しお守り代わりにとってはおきますが…いずれ捨てる予定です…。

Bought both the wrist brace and the thumb splint and have been using both over the past two days to help relieve some wrist pain. Thumb splint to bed, wrist braces while working. Materials are fantastic feeling and seem durable enough for now and, for the moment, feel like they should last quite some time. Velcro stays in place while the material provides just enough stretch to provide a comfortable compression, while being stiff enough to support the wrist. Reading the above, you may wonder why the "almost" in the headline: If I had one complaint about the two Dr. Arthritis wrist braces, it is that they aren't the easiest things to get on. Once they're secured, they feel secure, but it does take a bit of finagling to wrap the brace around the wrist, while the thumb splint takes a little bending to get it situated. It's certainly not impossible, though, and it just takes a little practice, so I won't dock any stars for it. That being said, for their price, they're great. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased my original support some months ago, after my original NHS one gave up the ghost. I was prescribed the NHS brace as I have osteoarthriitis and deterioration of the trapezium in the wrist which is rubbing against the metacarpal of my thumb. I get a lot of pain when not wearing the brace and wear it most of the time, except most nights. The NHS support whilst doing the job was ugly and cumbersome. The Dr Arthritis brace was far superior. It's much less bulky, lighter and comfortable and looks so much better. I have a lot more mobility of my wrist and hand whilst still isolating the offending area. I do a lot of yoga, and prior to getting the Dr Arthritis brace I had to balance on knuckles when doing moves like Downward Dog. Now I can do this palm down without pain. A few weeks ago I contacted Dr Arthritis Customer Services as the velcro holding the brace at the top of the thumb had lost its 'adhesion'. I wrote to ask if I could purchase a new brace without the information booklet at a reduced cost. I received a lovely reply within a few hours saying that the velcro should not have stopped working so soon, as the brace was made to last. They replaced my original brace which I received in just a few days later. Since I received the new one it has been well tested. I've just come back from an 8 day yoga retreat and it enabled me to have a great time. It is wonderful to deal with such an efficient and caring company. I can recommend them highly.

Die Bandage ist super und lässt sich leicht anbringen, innen ist die Bandage weich. Durch die Klettverschlüsse kann man es so einstellen wie es am besten ist. Leider ist die beiliegende Broschüre nur in Englisch, nicht jeder kann diese Sprache.

I have arthritis in both thumbs, one worse than the other. I bought one of these thumb braces quite a few years ago, and it has worked so well, I just bought another for the other hand. The brace is excellent quality, has adjustable velcro straps for the wrist, hand and thumb so you can adjust as needed. The thing I like most is that the brace doesn’t sit too high up in the palm, leaving your fingers completely free for typing, chopping or any other activities. Other braces I’ve tried sit too high and leave fingers restricted, so this was a big plus for me. The brace also comes with a nice booklet about hand and thumb exercises, arthritis care etc. Very thoughtful and a nice touch. This is excellent value for money and comfortable too!

Works wonderful for my trigger thumb. Used it maybe a few weeks steady including sleeping in it. Didn’t have to go to the doctor for that at all the brace worked perfect. Glad someone gave me the idea to get one highly recommended if you have trigger thumb or any issues with your thumb joint that this could possibly help with
