A: This is only the curler, the girolle and soes not come with the cheese

A: This item is manufactured in the Netherlands.

**Q: how many inch is the chocolate curler come out, like if Imake a flower how long is it?**
A: I have not used it for chocolate, only cheese. You make it as short or long as you like, I would guess.

**Q: How do you re-sharpen the blade or do you sell replacement blades?**
A: As far as we know, there are no replacement blades. To re-sharpen this knife, use the same method as you use for any other knife

This is a beautiful, well-made cheese slicer with excellent quality. It feels sturdy and works very well. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was too bulky for my limited storage space. If you have the room, it’s a great product that I would recommend. A beautiful addition to your charcuterie board.
