Finished this book, and wow, either this is the god's honest truth, or the author has the most vivid imagination ever. Have no doubt this technology exists, and ne'er do wells hack into the gov. system. Gov. is notoriously incompetent, and would not build sufficient safeguards into their systems to stop this. One of these ne'er do wells is the government itself. I would not put it past the criminal gov we have, nowadays, to have been part and parcel to the harassment of Dr. Hall. He plays down the malevolence of the gov. in this area.He does so to his own detriment, am thinking. If this was happening to me, the gov. would be the first suspect on the list. Dr. Hall cuts them way too much slack here. They are not the 'good guys', and will never be the good guys. This is a gov. who passed NDAA, which calls for American citizens to be assassinated! On the whim of the President, too. Separation of Powers? What happened to that, I ask.He never does really say what ultimately happened to Mallory; just that this harassment drove them apart. Is she still alive? Still under harassment? Is Dr. Hall still undergoing this?The fact that none of these aggressors were put in jail, and the Medical Board rigged, indicates to me that this went way higher than the 'private investigator' and the alcoholic doctor who were the alleged instigators of the harassment.

This book is very readable, informative and insightful. I thank the author for sharing his experiences, observations and research into the issues with which targeted individuals live daily. For those living with the nightmare of 24/7 organized gang stalking by criminal delusional predators, sociopaths, and pathological liars, this book provides some necessary perspective and information to deal with the reality of the situation, and helps victims not feel so isolated. Thank you for the courage, fortitude, and persistence to write and publish this book.

This book rates a 5 on the info presented about the subject and to raise awareness. However, a workable SOLUTION to DEFEAT the RF attacking you and me is NOT given by the author. I implore the author to add solutions to their books. I’ve been microchipped and targeted since 2009 by the FBI, Homeland Security, and believe it or not, my local Sheriff’s department, unified and in league with the Feds, because I bought 5 survival books – no kidding. They need to justify their paychecks and create business where there is none. I’ve learned a few things, namely, how to stop the RF, subliminals, and voices to skull. It’s simple. You need to protect the space they target – your brain and the EEG’s they are stealing from you and me through their radar heterodyning. Think small area and not large areas, like protecting your head, instead of lining your entire living space with metal or silver paint. It’s faster, easier, and cheaper. Your SOLUTION: Make a Faraday Cage around your bed with steel or lead or copper sheets or tape, as they like targeting people as they sleep; line a hat with steel or copper adhesive tape to block RF in and EEG’s out. You can buy the steel and copper adhesive tapes on Amazon from Kraftex and TapeCase, and no, I’m not affiliated with either, I just know it works because this is what I do. I wear baseball hats, which blocks most, but not all, of the RF’s in, therefore, most of the EEG’s out. Don’t poo poo the tinfoil hat theory just yet, because you’d be wrong, as I have also used adhesive aluminum with good results, just not as good as steel or copper. I won't lie to you... if you read this, you'll probably walk away afterwards thinking that the author is completely paranoid and delusional. Even he readily admits that his story is almost impossible to believe. The premise of this supposedly true tale is that his neighbors - who seem like a bunch of bungling keystone cops - hacked into a government satellite weapon, took over his mind, poisoned his food, stalked him and his multiple girlfriends (too many to keep track of), and repeatedly raped his girlfriend, though she had no recollection of this. What??? It sounds totally crazy. I don't doubt for a second that the government actually has satellite weapons as he describes; I just don't think his neighbors are smart enough to hack into this weapon and use it without being detected. Maybe - maybe - they did break into his house, poison his food, rape his girlfriend and drive them all nuts, but the author just doesn't provide enough proof that they used a sophisticated satellite to accomplish it all. Still, it was an interesting and fast read and, if nothing else, it will provide me with some amusing dinner conversation at my next family gathering.

Although, a first read might make this sound feasible to a TI, for a Doctor this should really be building on sources like Mckinney, White, Welsh or Vunda. It isn't and that is massively suspicious to me. It proposes that this is a crime syndicate and local authorities, whereas the use of state emergency vehicles and psychiatry, plus the TI protocol being exactly the same elsewhere (such as UK and the Netherlands) point to state control in the TI process. Organized crime methods aren't as subtle. It isn't going to convince non-TIs in the long term. Most likely explanation for this is that this is yet another shill, offering a cul-de-sac false hope to TIs, who will hope that at last a professional is on their side and that somehow his appearances, (like on the Alex Jones show) would lead to more publicity about the subject.Also, what on Earth is this cover about? It looks like it glamorizes surveillance in an exploitative soft-porn way. That and a leery 'boys will be boys' note in the text don't match the alleged story-line (a doctor protecting a female from rape) whatsoever. Really the technology used to terrorize and confuse TIs are coward-weapons, often used by people acting like overgrown 5 year old bullies but with exceptional know-how, manpower and technology to hone these things into misery causing mind control. Nothing glamorous there.

Not the best written book in the word but worth a read if you wish to study further the effects of being a targeted individual. I picked up Dr Hall's book after seeing him on Alex Jones and wanted to know more. Dr Hall covers the salient points of his story fairly comprehensively. It's a bit much to take in if you know little about this subject, but by the end of the book you will be a lot more aware of many things...!

A must read for all Targeted Individuals. Well written, straight to the point, you won't want to put it down until you reach the end, even T. I.'s who think they know everything already will learn more by reading this book.

Amazing story of how others in concert with Government agencies can bully someone and his friends family, he has no one to turn to. Strange he does not mention or work out that Masons could be involved. They control with evil intent people, Government, Establishment, Heath Workers. It's dark arts for real.

A harrowing true story, involving an underrecognized form of organized crime, and an abusive use of technology everyone should be aware of as this could happen to anyone.
