Shipping is slow
Love the backdrops, but shipping is a nightmare i’ve ordered 3 and all of them have been delayed and take forever to come in.

They sent the wrong color again...and they sent it in semi trailer again. It's a roll of paper...
We got the wrong color AGAIN. Also this is a roll of paper that one person can carry. They can fit it in their van or SUV. The dimensions on on the listing say how big the paper would be if it was completely rolled out, which would NEVER happen because you only hang it in the studio and roll out a tiny bit at a time. So every time we order this, they send it in a huge semi trailer. The trailer is usually empty except for this little roll of paper. So there is always a delay getting the item because we have to wait for semi to be available. That is completely unnecessary. Anyways, we love this paper when we get the correct color. Hopefully, the new one will come in time. Just send it in your regular vehicles. IT WILL FIT!
