4 star becuz the straps should be longer to adjust to head width. Now I have to find straps in order to use it . Can’t clamp down the one strap that’s sticking out

I wanted to give this item a good try to see if it helped my skin.. I do see changes in the clarity of my skin..it's not as dull or sallow looking.,I have some freckles so that didn't change but I do notice there is more blood flow to the skin...the light is meant to work through layers of skin to go deeper than skincare can go and serums...and I really like the warm feeling on my skin..I did get one of these which is hand held a few years back..and those were like little lights with a bulb type thing over it that softly went over the skin,,this is much different..they are little lights that are shaped in a square and so it's different if you've got something from over ten years ago ...I do see a change and I will continue to use this..I do have a compliant and that's just the heaviness of this product..you've got to lie down flat..the weight would sit on the bridge of my nose so I would prefer that the face mask was made lighter somehow..I couldn't wear it sitting up because there is only one strap.there isn't anything to hold this up while you are sitting up or walking around..you've got to really decide to lie back and I would put on something to watch on the tube and let it do it's thing..I do think it helps with the skin and the price is phenomenal..I experienced no bad side effects at all.

I have another, very expensive red LED device for my face and neck that's handheld and works wonders on my skin, but there are times I'd much rather just relax and not even do that. I ordered this mask to review since I really like the options for different color LED lights since anti-aging isn't the only concern I'd like to address.The presentation of this is really beautiful, and I'm a sucker for great packaging! There's a drawstring pouch to store the mask in, another little pouch to hold what appears to be a genuine rose quartz gua sha tool that was also included, and a very cute little comic about the mask.The charger is your standard USB C charger, and this charged up quickly and holds it's charge fairly well. I don't typically use the mask for sessions longer than 10 minutes at a time, although I do like to start with a 10 minute session of either the blue or green light, and then follow it up with a 10 minute session of the red light. Since I already do facial massage and some gua sha techniques prior to using the mask, I find that the mask does help maximize those results.One thing I notice is that this mask allows and even recommends you use skincare in conjunction with it, while my handheld device does not recommend that at all. This, plus the difference in results, leads me to believe that these LEDs are not as strong as my almost professional level red LED wand, but I did not expect them to be.I find that consistent, regular use of the mask will still provide good benefits to your skin, and have noticed it does help with keeping my skin glowing and plumper than without using the mask at all.I do wish it came with an included neck panel, or at least had the option to add on a neck panel, since a glowing face but an aging neck isn't a cute look.This is portable from room to room, but I personally wouldn't travel with this as it will take too much room in my suitcase to make it feasible for me.I didn't have any issues with switching it on or off during use, the control button is located right on the forehead, so a simple swipe of my hand until I find it is easy enough.I did not find the mask to be uncomfortable per se, but I have a smaller face and a relatively thin nose. I wear it while reclined, but not laying flat, and there are slight indentations from the pressure of the mask that go away after use. Certainly not a dealbreaker for me.For the price (29.99 at the time of this review) this is a reasonable, good option if you're just starting to use LED devices to bolster your skincare, or to gift to someone just starting out on their skincare journey.
