Compact size and good quality. Functionally good and chopper is also useful. I like the coarse mode as well. Good Indian brand.

Works well but too noisy, way too loud

Purchased recently and after using it for a couple of days felt the gadget is good to use, value for money, space saving and built with technology. However, there's one drawback which i felt. The operating knob if pressed accidenly when the jar is lodged whhile the lid is open to stir, can lead to mishap.

Review after 9 months of use: The product performs well overall, and I have been satisfied with its performance so far. However, I do have some concerns about the build quality, as the mixer coupler broke within a relatively short period of use. My experience with after-sales service has also been disappointing. I raised a service request a week ago, but the technician assigned to my case has not been proactive in reaching out. Additionally, the required spare part (mixer coupler) is not currently available, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. If the customer support continues to be this unresponsive, I would seriously reconsider purchasing from this brand again in the future.
