Why not?
I’ve used spider wire on ultra light reels for years, works best for the larger of ul reels so it won’t cut in on its self. 10# line will take up reel space like a thin 6# mono and should pull normal 1/32-1/16 jig heads loose from a snag pretty easily. I use a small wire snap and 6-8# leader to ease tying on.

Great line, casts well, sits on the reel nicely
While I have yet to catch any fish with it, the line does look nice, it casts nice, and it is twice it's strength. 10lb test size with 20lb test strength. I have been using SpiderWire for over 30 years, will continue as this is a top quality product that I am happy to fish with on my fishing pole.

The bass don't see it !!
This stuff is great I've had it on my rod for about 14 hours of fishing. Got some good small mouth bass on it at my local pond. I use just straight braid with no leater line. I've bought 3 fish on it so far and I've had it bought on some trees and cat tails and it's strong enough to cut threw still. I'll definitely be buying this again
