Nice mild flavor
Guajillo chile powder is not at all spicy. It is very flavorful for making chile. Best paired with ancho chile powder for darker color. Saves time by not having to soak and blend whole chiles.

Very fresh!
I am very happy with this guajillo powder! It looks and smells very fresh! And the color is beautiful! It worked great in my recipe. It tasted wonderful and the chile powder temperature wasn't too spicy. It's a great value because you get so much!

Tastes good to me.
I don't really know how hot this chili powder is supposed to be because I've never bought it before. It's plenty hot for me and it also tastes good. I like it and I'm sure I'll be buying it again.

Open package?
Product is excellent. I've ordered before. Received it quickly. However, the powder had spilled out due to a torn protective seal under the cap as if the powder had been used and repackaged. What's up with that? Should I even use it?
