Have only tried a couple of nights. I do feel like I sleep better and tastes good. Not sure about the detox part, will continue to keep trying them to see if I feel anything different.

This stuff is great when you are sick. It really helps me breathe a bit better when I am congested and it is easy on the throat.

This is a delicious tea that helps with the sinus pressure and throat irritation many of us experience during allergy season. It's especially good with a small amount of honey stirred in. It helps relax you for bedtime. I highly recommend it.
