I love the citrus berry flavor of this Sumac. I added to my baba ganoush, it was delicious!

We have been trying to consume more protein in our diet and found that many Middle Eastern recipes call for Sumac. What a great flavor! It has been fun trying new recipes using it. And chicken will no longer be boring when using this spice. It was impossible to find this in local stores so I was excited to see that Amazon carried it.
