Skyflame 24 x 24 Inches Square Fire Pit Glass Wind Guard Replacement for Outdoor

Had an issue with the set screws that are an integral of the corner connectors. Some were loose in the box, others were wedged between the clip that holds the glass pieces at the corners. Also one of the screws was missing and do not know how to get a replacement. Would suggest the clamping set screws be in a separate sealed bag in the box, with some instructions. Would also suggest that some extra screws be included. Without that problem to overcome, the assembly is simple and straight forward. Well made product otherwise.

I bought this back in March 2019. It was a little tough to assemble bc the screws were not easy to pull out. I move mine back n forth from the fire pit bc I cover my pit during off season. So if I didn’t have to move it I may have given a better rating. The brackets get loose and the tightening screws are really hard to use. So once assembled I suggest you do not move it.

I gave this product four stars, as it is attractive, durable and easy to assemble. The one issue that kept me from a five star review is the fact that the braces and screws were inside the box loosely. Several of the screws were wedged inside the braces, and it was difficult to get them out. It should not be that difficult to put the screws in a small plastic bag. This would save time and worry when assembling the product.

LOVE this! Easy to assemble, easy to install, keeps area safe from flames blowing around, maintains heat within firepit, looks classy while maintaining a function & purpose.

No instructions given. How are we supposed to assemble without instructions?
