Roland foods balsamic vinegar glaze is great for turkey subs when combined with Chipotle aioli. Great product that adds a nice flavor to many dishes.

Delicious
Delicious on salads and pizza. Should be very versatile to use on any food that might need some sweetness. Good quality. Great taste. Great to use when you don’t want to deal with the thinness of regular balsamic vinegar. Perfect consistency. Bottle arrived in perfect shape. No leakage noted when delivered.

Top tier
Legit. It’s one of the best glazes, out of them all. It’s a perfect balance of acid and sweet.

I am biased I guess.
As a first-timer trying balsamic vinegar glaze, I had expected better, I am not going to lie. However, it is good if you like balsamic vinegar. I was suggested this product because I was told that it adds so much flavor to foods and honestly? I can't really tell the difference between this and just regular balsamic vinegar aside from the thickness/texture. I don't want to completely bash it because it is GOOD if you like balsamic vinegar, but it's really nothing out of this world spectacular. One thing I didn't like was the fact that it didn't have a date on it. I know vinegar pretty much "lasts forever" but even my raw apple cider vinegar that I get has some wild date on it like "best if used by 2035" or something like that. Ever since I got food poisoning, I'm very paranoid about products without dates, so, this was kind of a letdown for me. I still risked it and, so far, no sickness, but still. Would have been nice to have a date on it to at least give me an idea. One other thing that kinda bums me out is that I didn't notice all of the bad ingredients in it... but that's my bad. Because of that, I probably won't be getting this product again. The extra additives are a no-go for me. A lot of companies and people will defend them adding in stuff like that but considering I could get an additive-free version of this for a couple dollars more, I think I'd rather spend two to three dollars more on a product that doesn't have caramel color or modified corn starch.
