We love these - we buy the CREAMY CHOCOLATE & VANILLA and planning on buying the Strawberry too. Love both flavors & the fact that we can have our Daily Protein too is a BIG PLUS. TASTES GREAT - no chalky taste. I can drink as is - BUT, love it COLD 🥶 - tastes way better 🥶too. ALSO - drop some of either flavor in your COFFEE ☕️ & NO need for Sugar - delicious there too - or add it to your Shakes, Overnight Oats, Cold Coffee . . . If U find it too sweet - add a bit of good water to it. FAT BURNING❓ - maybe, I’m not bloating like usual AND my undies are loser ☺️ - so, there’s THAT.😂 I don’t have that HEAVY FEELING on top & back of my neck & shoulders anymore. I’m feeling A LOT lighter & feeling a lot better. 📌ONLY my full second month using these products - so, it works & works fast to make good changes.📌 AND here’s a BIGGIE - I can drink HALF a bottle & stave off snacks & not get hungry for anything for a good while. IF I Drink a WHOLE Bottle - I’m not hungry for at 4-5 hours or more;- than, I’m shocked later in the evening that I haven’t eaten or thought of food & I'm not hungry. If I see food - it’s a reminder - but, I’m not over indulging & not eating before midnight or late at night. YES - can be used as a SNACK REPLACEMENT- - - or as MEAL REPLACEMENT - for 1 or 2 meals & then EAT —- DINNER. OVERALL -if you need PROTEIN —OR are at that age that u need that PROTEIN to help retain & maintain your Muscles AND help your MUSCLES (body) recover from daily WORK or WORKOUTS - or recover from POWER WALKING - u need this product. FOR working hard, workouts, power walking - some ppl drink one bottle 30 Minutes BEFORE & ONE bottle AFTER - IF they feel soreness setting in. As you use it - there’s less soreness bcz ur feeding your body - but, u ALSO need it for the normal body “wear & tear” - it happens - even if it’s just your job or doing your daily activities of life routines - u can get tired and hurt here & there. BTW - Hubby volunteered to help a friend clean out a warehouse on a Saturday - checked it out first & hubby came home regretting it - bcz the warehouse was huge & it was trashed real bad - so it was a full days work & a lot of work. Cement floors - it was going to be brutal - all those hours on it. I made him drink a full bottle before leaving the house and packed him 12 bottles in the cooler - maybe he could share w/the buddy. Told him if he started to feel bad, sore or in pain or feel tired - to drink some thru out the day. Hubby came home just find - the other guy was trashed & had trouble moving afterwards- wondered why hubby wasn’t in the same shape he was in - his younger buddy had refused to drink the Creamy Chocolate Protein Drink. His buddy was still hurting & sore on Monday. Hubby became a believer after that - he had seen me & heard me talk about how good it was for my body - but, until I made him drink it & do it the whole day - knowing it was going to be a hard job - he finally saw it for himself. Been “consistently” doing these products for 2ish full months AND it works fast & very well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for anyone - any age — and especially for the older folks. Keep it in the fridge cold AND travel with it too. ☀️

Wow. I am very amazed by this drink. Taste better than mcdonald's vanilla shake. I'm a sugar holic and so far lost fourteen pounds with the help with Noom, keto/low carb. This is helping me to cut down sugar and feeling happy that I can have tasty and delicious snacks , or that looks and tastes like the real thing without the sugar. This is not forever thing, but it's good to help get rid of the bad habits until you're able to get on your feet and eat really healthy. The taste is amazing and got this.Because it was cheaper than the chocolate, but we'll try the chocolate as well. If you're like me, love to eat sugary stuff, this will help you to lose weight and help with the cravings .

These are actually really tasty and easy to drink. The vanilla flavor is smooth and not overpowering. They help suppress my appetite and work well as a meal replacement, a snack, or even an add-on to a lighter meal, leaving you feeling full for the time being. Them only having a small amount of carbs is a plus too, especially if you were doing something like a keto diet. There is a good amount of protein in it too. The texture is consistent and not chalky, which is a big plus for protein shakes. The way that the container is made makes them easy to carry around too. For the price and convenience, these are a solid option if you’re looking for something quick and filling.
