A primera vista el filtro tiene buena calida solo devo agregar que seria bueno mejorar la guia de montaje haciendola mas acequible a los usuarios pues tube dificultades a la hora del montaje de el filtro y las juntas de silocon en el interior de del dispocitivo . Por ahora puedo agregar que la recequedad en el pelo de mi esposa a disminuido sustancialmente.

I am absolutely thrilled to have this filter in my home! I had been looking at filters for years but never really thought they would make such an impact on my skin and hair (and possibly overall health) but I was so wrong - more on that in a minute. I was also wrong with the reasons why I procrastinated so long to install this, it regrettably took me about a month after it arrived. I thought it would add too much bulk to my already bulky shower head set up, I thought it would take too long to install, it would be difficult, need tools that would take forever to dig out, but none of these were true. It took me less than 10 minutes beginning to end and was super easy with instructions that were simple and easy to follow. I didn't need any tools, though I did struggle removing my shower head from the stem. It was on there tight plus I have two shower heads on one - a stationary one and a removable one, it's a lot. But, I'm arthritic and was still able to do it, no complaints. I even left my hanging shower caddy on the stem and it was fine. The teflon thread was smooth and easy to wrap around the appropriate parts. As for the bulkiness it added, not a big deal. I am a little shorter at 5'3", so if you're taller, take a moment to consider if this could be an issue with your current set up. It could lower your shower head a little bit or as with me, it shortened the amount of standing room space by a couple of inches. It ended up working ok for me after I did some minor adjustments to the direction of the water flow and although I initially could tell the shower head was moved and closer, I didn't even notice the difference after a minute or two. Now for the effects this has had on my skin and hair... it was a noticeable difference after one shower! I immediately saw that my soap (homemade cold process soap) lathered better, felt richer and smoother. My skin feels great, softer and smoother than ever before. My hair is shiny and silky - full disclosure, I take collagen and I've always had healthy hair, but I've had exceptionally good hair days ever since my first shower with this filter. My bangs even lay differently as if they were styled with tools (they were not, I let my hair air dry, no products). I can't express how happy I am to have this filter. I got the heavy metal one and highly recommend it to anyone who has been interested in and looking to get a filter for their shower but hesitates because you thought it would be too difficult to install, it would add too much bulk to your existing set up or you're unsure if this would make a difference. It's a great value for your money and worth a try to see if it can benefit your life. For reference, I do live in an older apartment building (1960s) and as far as I know, still has galvanized pipes. Also I'm in LA which is known to have hard water.
