Very tasty and satisfying
I thought these was incredible. Living the keto lifestyle, missing out on sugary sweets and bready textured items, and this hit the spot. It's exceedingly rare that I write a review, but I just had my 3rd one, and had to announce my pleasure to fellow carrot cake lovers. I confess, yesterday, I had my first major slip up and caved and had a fancy carrot cake flavored cupcake, from a boutique cupcake store ( i. e. So tasty and full of sugar). Before keto, these cupcakes were the only cupcake I had ever liked, and I really liked! After having my keto mug cake for dessert tonight, all the while trying to not be too hard on myself for my slip up yesterday, but guess what? I enjoyed tonight's mug cake, and each one I've had, more than fancy cupcake!! I have made it with creamed cheese mixed with swerve as a topping and also butter with cinnamon/swerve sprinkled. Excellent both ways and satisfied my sweet tooth and for this type of texture.

Best purchase for a diabetic
I purchased this item because my son was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetics. Carrot cake is his absolute favorite. He turned 30 today and I really wanted him to be able to enjoy his favorite cake for his birthday. I am very glad I found this on Amazon. I wasn't looking at just the protein but the fact that it is very low in sugar and carbs (very important for a type 1 diabetic). They smell amazing and taste even better. You would never know they are healthy. I was impressed with how moist they are and the texture is just like a regular cake.

It's very grainy and dense
I did the microwave version of this and I am sorry to say it was pretty terrible 😔

Tasty-n-fun in every bite!
Delicious fun w/family and friends❣️ You can set up an area of additional options such as: nuts, fruit, sauces, whipped cream, etc. These personal cakes are tasty and cannot fail to satisfy each one’s tastes. They make a great choice for snacks/cravings, too! Plus, prepared- each one has 12 gm of protein! Thx!
