Hello, does it works with Virtual Elite Trainer? and works with samsung tablet?

It does work with the Elite trainer as well as a number of others. Saris Cycleops Hammer works well also. But I don't know about the Samsung tablet. I use a PC and connect it to a projector so I get a 100" picture.

Will dongle enable google pixel 4a to be ant+ compliant (using usb-c to usb-a adapter) & sync w/ garmin varia rtl510 (using varia app)?

The description for this dongle does not say if it is android phone compatible, but similar looking ANT+ dongles on Amazon specifically state that they can only be used on Windows computers. I bought my dongle for Windows, but when I tried using it on a Moto G6 (android phone) with an ANT+ demo app the adapter was not recognized.
